Common questions
What does a press release cost?
$99 for a single release with everything included, $89 per month for one release a month, or $890 per year for twelve releases. The agency block is 25 releases for $1,495. The only other charge anywhere in the service is $25 for a change requested after you approve a final draft.
What is included in the $99?
Writing, one editorial pass, and fifteen deliverables: the published release at a permanent canonical URL, structured data, an atomic claims file, a markdown mirror, narrated audio, a podcast episode and transcript, four syndication feeds, an IndexNow push, social posts, syndication to our news property, one relevance-matched network placement, a verified business directory profile, an embeddable newsroom for your own site, and a public citation receipt.
Do you write the release or do I?
We do, and it is included. You send the facts in whatever form is convenient and we write it properly. If you would rather write it yourself, the template builder and writing guide are free and do not ask for an email.
Where does my release actually go?
IndexNow push to participating search engines, four syndication feed formats including industry and region filtered feeds, podcast directories, Bluesky and Mastodon, our news property, one relevance-matched network placement, and a verified directory profile. Every destination appears on your receipt page with a date and a working link.
Do you distribute to AP, Reuters or Yahoo?
No. That access is contractual rather than technical, held by the large legacy wires, and we will not imply we have it. If terminal or AP placement is what your announcement requires, a legacy wire is the correct choice and we will say so.
Will this improve my search rankings?
Not through links. Every link in a paid release carries rel="sponsored" because Google's spam policy names press releases where payment combines with ranking-credit links. What you get is a permanent indexed page, entity signals and brand mentions, which support brand search and disambiguation rather than raw ranking power.
Will ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews cite my release?
Possibly, mostly for news-shaped questions, and nobody can promise it. Published research puts press releases in a small share of overall AI citations while separate tracking of distributed stories measured brand presence around 20 percent on Google AI Overviews and around 9 percent on ChatGPT. We write for extraction because structure is the part that can be controlled.
How long does it take?
One to two business days for the draft after we have your facts. Once you approve, publishing, feeds, the search push and social posts happen within minutes. Podcast and directory indexing usually takes hours to a couple of days.
How many revisions do I get?
One editorial pass is included. Anything we got wrong is corrected free at any time, permanently. Changes you request after approving a final draft are $25 each, which is what keeps the base price at $99.
Can I get a refund?
In full, any time before publication. Once a release is live it sits on permanent public URLs and has already entered feeds, so it cannot be retroactively unpublished. That is exactly why nothing publishes without your approval.
How do I pay?
We invoice directly at present. You send your details, we send an invoice with payment instructions. Card checkout is being set up. Nothing is charged until you have approved the scope.
Is the newsroom really free?
Yes, with any plan including a single $99 release, and it keeps working whether or not you buy again. You get a hosted press page and a one-line embed for your own website.
Can I use this for my clients?
Yes. The agency block is white-labeled, covers 25 releases usable across as many client companies as you like, and includes a newsroom embed for each.
What will you refuse to publish?
Anything unlawful, anything making claims we cannot substantiate, anything attacking a named individual or business, and anything in a regulated area that would need professional review we cannot provide. Health, finance and legal announcements get a closer read before publishing.
Are the free tools really free?
Yes, with no signup and no email capture. They run entirely in your browser, which means nothing you paste is uploaded anywhere — there is no server on the other end to receive it.
