The distribution part, done properly
Writing a release is the easy half. Getting it onto the channels that still work, in the formats each one expects, with the disclosure each one requires, is the half that gets skipped.
What you hand over, and what comes back
-
You send the facts
A short form or an email. What happened, who is involved, when, where, any numbers, and one person we can quote. You do not need to write anything in press release format.
-
We check whether it is news
If your announcement will not hold up as news, we say so before taking payment and suggest what would work better. This costs us sales and saves you from publishing something nobody wanted.
-
We write and edit it
Written so the facts sit in the opening lines, with specific numbers, properly attributed quotes and a headline that names the entity. That structure is what gets extracted and quoted, by editors and by answer engines alike.
-
You approve the draft
One editorial pass is included. Anything we got wrong is corrected free at any point. Changes you request after approval are $25 each.
-
The pipeline runs
Publishing, structured data, the claims file, the markdown mirror, audio encoding, podcast episode, four feeds, the search engine push, social posts, syndication, network placement and your directory profile — all automatic, within minutes.
-
You get a receipt
A permanent public page listing every place the release actually landed, with dates and working links. Not a PDF summary. A page anyone can open and verify.
The things that make this category untrustworthy
Sell followed links
Google's spam policy names press releases where payment combines with links that pass ranking credit. Every link in a paid release here carries rel="sponsored" and every release is labeled as paid.
Quote an outlet count
If we cannot name a destination and link to it on your receipt page, it does not go in the number. "500+ sites" is not a claim we will make.
Promise coverage or rankings
Pickup, rankings and AI citations are decided by systems nobody here controls. We promise the pipeline runs and the artifacts ship, because those are things you can check.
Display logos we have not earned
No borrowed media marks implying relationships we do not have. What appears on this site is what we actually do.
What ships with every release
Fifteen deliverables. No per-word charges, no image fees, no upgrade menu.
Value figures are our own estimate of what each item costs to buy on its own. They are there to show the shape of the package, not to quote anyone else's rate card.
Tell us what happened
Send the facts. We will tell you whether it is a release before we take a cent.
About the service
What is a press release distribution service?
A service that takes one announcement and places it on the channels where people and machines find news, rather than leaving it on your own website where only existing visitors will see it. A good one also handles the technical side: canonical URLs, structured data, feeds and disclosure.
What makes this service different from a traditional wire?
Two things. We publish each release as fifteen artifacts including machine-readable files, audio and feeds rather than a single web page. And we publish a citation receipt for every release, which is a permanent public page listing exactly where that release went, so the distribution report is something anyone can check.
Do you distribute to AP, Yahoo or MSN?
We do not resell contract access to AP or Yahoo, and we will not claim otherwise. MSN ingests publisher feeds and we build our feeds to its documented specification, but approval as a Microsoft Start publisher is Microsoft's decision and not something we can promise.
Can I use this for my clients?
Yes. There is a white-labeled agency block of twenty-five releases for $1,495, usable across as many client companies as you like, with the newsroom embed included for each.
What industries do you work with?
Any industry where announcements are lawful and verifiable. We decline anything that requires claims we cannot substantiate, and regulated sectors such as health, finance and legal get a closer read before we publish.
