The short version
We collect what you send us through the contact form and nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside what is needed to deliver your release. The free tools send nothing anywhere at all.
What we collect
When you contact us: your name, company, email, optional phone number, optional website, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply, to prepare and publish your release, and to invoice you.
When you use the free tools: nothing. Every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser. Text you paste into the grader, the template builder, the schema generator or any other tool is never transmitted, because there is no endpoint receiving it. Closing the tab discards it.
Server logs: our host records standard request information including IP address, user agent and requested URL, as any web server does. We do not use it to build profiles.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
- We do not run advertising or behavioral tracking pixels on this site.
- We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not send it through the form.
Who else sees your data
Form submissions pass through a third-party form delivery service to reach our inbox. Our website is served by a static hosting provider. Both see only what is necessary to perform those functions.
The content of a release you approve becomes public by design — that is the entire purpose of the service. Only submit information you intend to publish.
Retention
We keep correspondence and project records for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet record-keeping obligations. Published releases remain at permanent public addresses as described in our terms.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
This is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
