Six press release tools that actually work
Every one runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, no email required. Use them whether or not you ever buy anything from us.
All six tools
Newsworthiness check
Eight questions, then a straight verdict: publish a release, write something else, or skip it entirely. The tool that tells you not to buy.
Release grader
Paste a draft and get scored on twelve things editors and answer engines read for, with a fix list in priority order.
Template builder
Fill the fields, get a correctly formatted release. Copy it, download it, or send it straight into the grader.
Headline scorer
Length, entity placement, specificity and number use, scored against what actually gets quoted.
Schema generator
Valid NewsArticle JSON-LD including the canonical declaration most releases get wrong. Copy and paste.
Cost calculator
What a year of announcements costs at published rates, ours included, so you can compare before committing.
Not sure where to begin? Most people go: newsworthiness check, then template builder, then grader. That sequence takes about twenty minutes and produces a release good enough to publish anywhere.
Or skip the tools entirely
Send us the facts and we will write it properly. $99, everything included.
About these tools
Are these press release tools really free?
Yes. No account, no email capture, no trial. They run as code in your browser, so there is no cost to us in serving them and no reason to gate them.
Do you store what I paste into them?
No, and we could not if we wanted to. Every tool is client-side JavaScript with no network request. Your text never leaves your device.
Can I use the output commercially?
Yes. Anything these tools produce — a release draft, schema markup, a headline — is yours to use however you like, with no attribution required.
Which tool should I start with?
If you are not sure you have news, start with the newsworthiness check. If you have a draft, start with the grader. If you are starting from nothing, start with the template builder.
